About Us

Johnson Building Corporation is a mid-sized commercial construction firm, specializing in Restaurants and Retail Fit-ups.  The bulk of our business is for restaurant chains.  We have experience with quick-serve, diner-type restaurants, and fine dining establishments.  Most of our projects are for repeat customers.  We have built restaurants as small as 1,000 sf, and as large as 10,000 sf.  The value of completed restaurants ranges from $200,000 to $2,000,000.

A large number of our customers choose us for building their retail projects.  These have included free-standing buildings as well as fit-ups in existing malls and other retail spaces.  Completed projects range in size from 1,000 sf to 50,000 sf in size, and from $50,000 to $1,000,000 in value.

Several of our customers have been so happy with our services at their stores that they have used us for construction at their corporate offices.

Among our other unique projects, we have built 3 Motels, 4 Shopping Centers, 4 Animal Hospitals and 2 Salon/Day Spas.  These projects ranged in value from $100,000 to $6,000,000.

Our territory includes the East Coast to the Mississippi River, from Florida to New York.  Johnson Building Corporation is currently licensed in 14 States.  We continue to obtain local licenses in each jurisdiction on a project by project basis.  WE GO WHERE YOU GO!

Our firm is incorporated in Virginia and based in Sterling, Virginia (in Loudoun County near Dulles airport, 25 miles northwest of Washington, D.C.)
